Mall Mom’s Day Celebration
An afternoon of fun is planned for Cedar Mall’s annual Mom’s Day Celebration. It’s a day for shoppers to find that special gift for mom. It’s a great opportunity for charitable groups and businesses to come to the mall and take advantage of the additional mall traffic. The bazaar is 10am-4pm but if you would like to stay until 7pm, when the mall closes, you may. All of the events at Cedar Mall throughout the year are very well attended, drawing shoppers from 50 to 60 miles around NW Wisconsin. Join us for a fun day!
There will be an ad in the weekend Early Bird publication, which reaches 34,000+ households in the NW Wisconsin region, as well as an ad in the weekly Chronotype. The day’s events will also be advertised on NW Wisconsin area radio stations.
Cedar Mall invites local non-profit organizations to come to the mall at no charge and set up booths to raise money for their projects.Groups may sell arts & crafts, handiwork, candies, baked goods, etc. Small edible items such as cookies and bars should be sold in packages of six or more to discourage people from eating in the stores. For more information on reserving a space for your group, refer to the registration form. Don’t forget to ask that an ad be put in your church bulletin or organization’s newsletter.
Spaces are 8’x10’ and are $25. Tables are $5. Electricity is available to a limited number of spaces. Please bring your own extension cords/power strips. Cedar Mall store hours are 10 am to 7 pm on Saturday. You may set up after noon on Friday or Saturday morning. The mall will be open by 9 am and everyone is asked to have their booths completely set up by 10 am when the bazaar starts.To reserve a space for the Mom’s Day Celebration, fill out the included form and send it to the Cedar Mall address below (vendors include payment). Please register as soon as possible. Sorry, no refunds for cancellations.
NOTE: Walker Property, owner of Cedar Mall, requires all participants to submit a certificate of liability insurance prior to the show. The certificate of liability must include the entities below so PLEASE forward this information to your insurance agent.

_________________________________(Exhibitor) agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold the Shopping Center Owner, Owner’s Property Manager, and their employees, agents, officers, servants, each Tenant of the Center and Rice Lake Merchant Association harmless from and against any and all claims for personal injuries, death, theft, damages (including property damage and loss of use of such property) losses, fines or penalties (including related costs, expenses and reasonable attorney fees), arising from or in any way connected with the use of the Center or any part or facility thereof by the Exhibitor or his agents, members, partners, associates, contractors, servants and employees.
Exhibitor will store its property in the demised area at its own risk and releases agent to the fullest extent permitted by law, from all claims of every kind. Agent shall not be responsible or liable at any time and exhibitor releases agent from any loss or damage to the exhibitor’s merchandise, equipment, fixtures or other personal property of exhibitor or to exhibitor’s business.
Exhibitor shall pay all costs, expenses and reasonable attorney fees that may be incurred or paid by agent in enforcing any items of this agreement.
